When
will my order be shipped & received?
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We do not ship over
the weekend. Our system will send you an email shipping confirmation after
your package leaves our warehouse. Packages shipped regular ground service
will usually arrive within 5 business days after date of shipment.

What are
your shipping and handling charges?
We ship exclusively
through Federal Express and UPS. Our shipping and handling charges are
based on FedEx and UPS published rates on Ground Home Delivery, Next Day,
Second Day, and Third Day service. We ship to Canada through U.S. Post
Office Global Priority Mail.

Auto-Ship
Program Policies
When does my Auto-Ship order ship?
Your Auto-Ship order is a recurring order and ships every 31 days. It
will be shipped with the exact same items, method of shipment, and total
dollar amount charged on your first Auto-Ship order.
Changing items in your Auto-Ship order
You can now change items in your Auto-Ship order. You must contact Lamas Beauty customer service at 1.888.738.7621 in order to change your Auto-Ship order. Auto-Ship orders must be changed a minimum of 10 days prior to their next schedule ship date.
Updating the shipping address of your Auto-Ship order?
You must contact Lamas Beauty customer service at cs@lamasbeauty.com
or by calling 1.888.738.7621 to change the shipping address of your Auto-Ship
order.
Updating the Credit Card used to bill your Auto-Ship orders?
You must contact Lamas Beauty customer service at
cs@lamasbeauty.com
or by calling 1.888.738.7621 to update the billing credit card used for
your Auto-Ship order.
How to cancel your Auto-Ship order
In the event you wish to cancel your Auto-Ship order, you must notify Lamas Beauty customer service by email only. We cannot cancel Auto-Ship orders via telephone request.
In the event you submit your request to cancel your Auto-Ship order via voicemail, your Auto-Ship order will not be canceled.
To cancel your Auto-Ship order, please email your request to cs@lamasbeauty.com, and include your First and Last Names as they appear on your order, your Order Number,
your Telephone Number where we can contact you during the day, and the Total Order Amount (if you have it) of the Auto-Ship order you are canceling.
Lamas Beauty customer service will promptly cancel your Auto-Ship order and confirm back to via email. In the event you do not receive a confirmation email from Lamas Beauty within 24 hours of your request, please contact Lamas Beauty customer service by calling 1.888.738.7621. Requests to cancel Auto-Ship orders submitted on Friday through Sunday, will not be confirmed until the following Monday.
You must contact Lamas Beauty customer service directly to cancel your Auto-Ship order. Please do not contact Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing to cancel your Lamas Beauty Auto-Ship order. In the event you do so, your Auto-Ship order will not be canceled.
Product Returns / Product Refunds on Auto-Ship Orders
Our 30-day product return policy applies to your first Auto-Ship order
only. On subsequent shipments of your Auto-Ship order, you must cancel
your Auto-Ship order a minimum of 7-business days prior to shipment. If
your subsequent Auto-Ship order has already shipped, our 30-day product
return policy does not apply and you are not entitled to a refund.
We reserve
the right to amend our Auto-Ship program policies at any time.

We will charge
your credit card when your order is ready to ship. Mail orders placed
by personal checks are held for 10 business days to allow them to clear.
Mail orders placed by money orders and/or cashiers checks are processed
immediately.

Returned Checks - NSF
A returned
item fee will apply to all returned checks. All checks returned to the
company will be charged a $25 Fee made payable by the customer to Lamas
Beauty International. Further, all reasonable collection cost and legal
fees will be applied to any checks the company cannot collect final payment
on.

if those charges result from a transaction at Lamas Beauty.

you will be reimbursed for any order up to $50 billed to you by your credit

result from an order placed on our secure server. For this protection
to apply, you must promptly notify your credit card company of any fraudulent
charges and follow the procedures for doing so as outlined in your credit

is your return policy?
At Lamas
Beauty, we want you to be happy and we do everything we can to ensure
you are completely satisfed with your order. We offer a 100% money-back
guarantee of all our products for 30 days from date of shipment. Product
refunds are on product portion of your order only, and do not include
shipping.
If you wish
to return your purchase within our 30-day guarantee period, please email

When returning
your package, please include a note, indicating the reason for your return
to help us serve you better, and please enclose the original invoice in
the shipping package (if you have it) to help us process your return.
Note: If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect
address, or customer refusal of package, a charge of $20.00 will be deducted
from your total product refund amount.
We will notify you via e-mail of your product refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our
receiving your product return.
We reserve the right to amend our Auto-Ship program policies at any time.
Will I be
informed if a product is out of stock?
Though all
of our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally
demand exceeds supply. If this occurs, we will ship your order as soon
as possible. The out of stock product will then be sent with a separate
invoice, without any additional shipping and handling fees. We will do
this as soon as we have the item back in stock.

a catalog of your products by mail?

Do you take
orders outside the U.S.?
Yes. However,
several countries (ie: Canada) charge duty (state and/or federal taxes)
on all goods received through the mail. We do not apply these fees or
tarrifs, they are added at the time the package arrives within your Country.
These charges often increase the amount of your cost to receive the package(s).
Do you charge
sales tax?
We only charge
sales tax from orders within the state of California. Any orders that
are shipped to a California address are charged a 7.25% sales tax. Any
orders originating elsewhere will not be charged sales tax.
How do I
know if my order has shipped?
You will receive
a confirmation email the same day your order ships. This email will include
the tracking number of your shipment and a direct link to UPS.com or FEDEX.com
to track your order.

Damaged
Shipments
If you receive
cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's
freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep
the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact

Missing
or Damaged Items In Your Order
If your
order is received with a missing or damaged item, please contact customer
service within 2 business days of receipt of order to report missing or
