Placing A First Time Order
When placing an order, you have the option of using the "Easy-Ship" program,
or placing an order for a one time shipment. To use the "Easy-Ship" program
and accumulate points through FHTM, you will need to use the ordering
box directly above the Easy-Ship price. (see highlighted area below)
1. When you find the item you would like to purchase, enter the quantity
you would like (the system defaults to a quantity of “1”) and click the
“add” button.
2. On the next page you will see your shopping cart. (See below)

3. You can choose to “shop more”, “clear cart” or “continue” with purchasing
your items. If you choose to “continue” you will be prompted to enter
your shipping and billing information.
** Very Important : If your billing
information for your credit card is a P.O. Box, you MUST be sure to provide
a different SHIPPING ADDRESS. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Home
Delivery and they do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
4. Next, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information and
asked if you are willing to participate in the Auto-Ship program. This
page must appear as below before your order will process.

5. Once you click continue, you will be able to review your order and
make changes if necessary. (see below)
NOTE: Please be sure your shipping
and billing addresses are correct. Additional shipping charges will apply
if incorrect shipping information is entered. An “edit” button is provided
to make changes in either field.

6. Once your order is processed, your last page will include your transaction
id number.
NOTE: Keep this number for your files. You
will use this number when calling Lamas Beauty Intl or FHTM for information
about this order.

Your order has now been processed!
If you would like to make changes to the items you receive in your monthly
installments, please refer to the Easy-Ship Policies page for details
on how to make changes and the subsequent confirmation information you
will receive from Lamas Beauty.
If you need to cancel the installments for your Easy-Ship order, please
refer to the Easy-Ship Policies page for details on how to send us that
