Facts about Easy-Ship You Should Know

Once your initial order is placed using the “Easy-Ship” function, we will not be able to make changes to the items in that order until the next auto-ship installment. Please make sure you’ve ordered every thing you need for the point total you desire.

Our warehouse is very efficient; once you’ve placed the order, consider it shipped. We will not be able to stop shipments once the order is processed at the warehouse.

Any order entered through your website will be considered a SEPARATE order and will incur separate shipping charges even if it is shipping to the same address.

If you place a “one-time order,” but meant to place an “easy-ship order,” we cannot change the status of that order. You will need to place a brand new easy-ship order. If your one-time order has already shipped, you can choose to keep it, or return it under our standard 30-day return policy.

Your shopping cart cannot contain both “Easy-Ship” and “non-Easy-Ship” items.

It is the responsibility of the representative to maintain current credit card information in their account. If your credit card information changes, you must notify Lamas Beauty customer service.

Changing the items in your easy-ship DOES NOT change the established easy ship date. Your Easy-Ship date is established on the day you enter the order and an installment ships every 31 days from that date.

Lamas Beauty Intl. DOES NOT manage the “back office” or points associated with your order. Any questions related to your “back office”, “points” or “CGU” should be directed to FHTM. (859-422-7000).
